RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can return your eligible items within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund on the merchandise cost. We do not refund original shipping charges. All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. If your item was sent via freight or white glove as indicated by an oversized charge, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER, it is not eligible for return, along with hardwiring lighting and freight ship furniture items are not eligible for return.

Rug samples are only eligible for return upon purchase of a full-size rug from Alley Couture. Large rugs that are returned will incur a 20% re-stocking fee.

To request a return, please email customerservice@alleycouture.com with your order number and reason for return and a representative will provide you with a Return Authorization Number within 2 business days. Please note, returns will NOT be accepted without an RMA#. Clearly, mark the outside of the return box with the RMA# provided.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment, and do not include shipping and handling charges, applicable re-stocking fees and return shipping charges. Should you be approved a refund these will be processed within 30 business days of approval. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

Items shown as on backorder can be canceled within 48 hours. We regret that we are unable to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise. Once your order is placed, it is instantly entered into our system and cannot be modified in any way.

 

DAMAGES

Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process, even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please save all packaging and email us at customerservice@alleycouture.com, where will send you a form to fill out to file a claim. We will arrange replacement or return of the item based on the above terms and conditions.

Upon receipt, please inspect your items carefully for any damage or defects that may have occurred in transit and contact customerservice@alleycouture.com immediately. Please keep original packaging and document both the item and packaging damage with pictures.

Claims against damaged items must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted. Inspect your delivered item before you sign to ensure there’s been no freight damage. If there is damage to a freight delivery, refuse the shipment and do not sign the packing slip. We will arrange replacement of the item for you.
