Shipping Policy

Alley Couture has both clothing and furniture.

All clothing items in stock items will ship via DHL or FedEx Ground within 1-3 business days of placing your order. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Once your order has left the warehouse, transit times will range from 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Some items may ship directly from our vendors. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Due to the high quality and value of the furniture sold on our site including some larger house and home items will all be shipped via a freight carrier.

Freight shipped items will be delivered with inside White Glove Delivery Service. Freight transit times range from 3-5 weeks. Most freight carriers deliver Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5 pm. A representative from the freight company will call to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. 

You will receive an email notification with tracking details when your order leaves our El Segundo, CA warehouse. Please use this tracking information to stay up to date on your shipment.

Shipping prices are based on the value of the items you purchase. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States (we do not ship Internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii at this time). If you need rush delivery, please contact customer service before ordering. Orders shipped within the state of Georgia will incur sales tax.

Furniture includes white glove delivery up to 150lbs. Weights exceeding that will require payment from the customer.

 

SHIPPING RATES 

All Orders, Furniture, and Clothing are costed at a flat rate shipping charge of 15% of the cart total.

*Please note, if actual shipping costs vary greatly from the amount you were charged, we will gladly refund the difference.

*Some furniture and oversize items will incur additional shipping and handling charges. If applicable, the additional shipping and handling charges will be noted on the ‘SHIPPING & RETURNS’ tab of the product page.

*Carts that include other products will default to regular shipping charges.

Alley Couture customer service hours are Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5 pm PST. We can be reached at customerservice@alleycouture.com or by phone at 800.753.8810 if busy leave a message and we will call back within 48 hours.

Please note, all emails and voicemails will be returned within 24-48 hours except on weekends and holidays.
